my sources.list for intrepid

Here is a rather large sources.list that I customized for Intrepid Ibex. The site I made it with is in Italian. I had done a lot of editing for English use. There are Repositories that I added to it like XBMC and webmin as well others. This list would be for the Adventurous people For those who don't know to add repos the easier way in Ubuntu go to -->Applications-->Accessories-->Terminal

then type

sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

then you can copy and paste the contents of my sources.list into yours. Enjoy!

I don't know what you mean when you say that my sources.list is for italian people. The repository are international and not nazionalized. You only added other repository for jaunty jacklope, and other for other ubuntu derivate distribution. By from INGALEX

You have inserted other repositories for debian sid that already were in my sources.list by were originally for Intrepid. I think that your editing to my sources.list can damage seriously Ubuntu Intrepid Ibex.

Alessandro@ if you're going to complain (or in this case, troll) please read what you're responding carefully. He never said it was *for* italian people, but that it was made using an italian website, which FTR would make it difficult (though doable) for non-Italians to figure out, or adapt for English users. It just so happens that I found one such Italian repository, and I was thinking of the pains I would have to go through to compensate for some server location differences, and (more importantly) the fact that it was for feisty- two ubuntu releases ago- and thus incompatible.

I'd be willing to bet money (if I had any, lol- I'm broke) that the italian site he used was from this site http://3v1n0.tuxfamily.org/blog/? page_id=13

"TreviƱo’s Ubuntu Feisty Fawn Sources list"

see for your self- it is definitely an italian site-- and no one said that this was a problem, although I admittedly got that feeling, thus my response to such a judgment.

sudo cat ~/Desktop/sources.list >> /etc/apt/sources.list would be faster
